Gamification loyalty system using medals as rewards for bonus points and complimentary Wi-Fi in the physical stores, creating a fun and interactive experience that brings the user closer to the benefits offered by Bemol.

Feature - Medals

The objective of this project was to improve upon an existing product, the medal system, and bring a more engaging experience to Bemol customers through the app. To achieve this goal, we conducted a discovery process that involved key stakeholders such as Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, QAs, and the Marketing Team.

During the 2-day discovery, we utilized techniques such as Stakeholder Mapping, CSD Matrix, User Journey analysis, and the evaluation of Business and Customer KPI's to understand what was already working and what needed to be improved.

Following the discovery, we closely examined the development architecture and further refined the user journey through the creation of a prototype.
